BEEF TIPS OVER RICE - Tender beef cubed and simmered in a light aujus.
ITALIAN CHICKEN - Chicken breast seasoned w/ herbs, topped w/a Boursin cream sauce and sun dried tomatoes.
TUSCANY CHICKEN– Chicken breast stuffed with wild rice, pancetta, parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes, and Italian seasonings, topped with a white wine cream sauce
CHICKEN CACCIATORE- Sauteed chicken with rosemary, onion, prosciutto, Marsala wine and ground tomatoes.
CHICKEN MARSALA - Chicken sautéed with Marsala wine and mushrooms.
HERBED STUFFED CHICKEN - One of our house favorites; topped with a mushroom & cream sauce.
CHICKEN PICATTA - Chicken breast sautéed in a lemon and butter sauce.
AMARETTO CHICKEN- Chicken breast sautéed & flamed with Amaretto, topped w/dried cherries & almonds.
ROASTED PORK LOIN - Our select Canadian back of pork loin is carefully seasoned and roasted.
HERBED STUFFED CHICKEN– One of our house favorites; topped with a mushroom & cream sauce.
